My experience was overall good. Was told it would be an open carrier, but it was enclosed, so that was a nice surprise. Driver was very late-1 day from quoted time of arrival, and once the new arrival was scheduled, driver was 3 hours late. Overall not a big deal, but disappointing nonetheless.
