My Overall experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport was very good. Kristaan was assigned as my service representative throughout the move. She was very informative, knowledgable and stayed in communication with me both by phone and email. The price of the transport changed a little but I believe this was due to a combination of Kristaan being out sick a couple of days and the size of the vehicle. The price changed by $50.00 more. Again. Kristaan was out sick when the transporter requested an additional $50.00 for the size of the vehicle (truck) but this wasn't passed on to me until Kristaan returned to work. She was very apologetic and made an adjustment to offset the increase. My vehicle was picked up and delivered in a timely manner arriving here in Colorado 2 days ahead of schedule and in good order. I originally went with Magic Carpet because they have been in Business for about ten years and have moved a lot of vehicles. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.
