I had inquired about a transportation shipping with Magic Carpet and spoke with Mrs. Kathy Ashlock. She was very knowleadgeable, professional, polite and prompt. She maintained good contact via phone and email. There was a discrepancy between the quote given and the actual quote (eg the quote did not include the $100 fee for the vehicle being inoperable even though that information had been entered in the quoting process). Mrs. Ashlock was knowleadgeable to explain to me the difference between the quote generated by the computer and the actual, final price. She did an excellent job in explaining why the actual price was higher by $100.

I was pleased with my interaction with Mrs. Kathy Ashlock and would highly recommend her in terms of customer service and follow up of customer concerns.
