This was the second time in one year that I needed to transport a Honda Civic across the continent. The first time in April of 2008, I was under no time constraints as to when the vehicle needed to be picked up or delivered. This time, We needed the car to be picked up by a certain date because the vehicle operator was leaving Seattle permanently and it would be very difficult to leave the car with someone else to be picked up.
Kathy Ashlock at Magic Carpet Auto transport (360-834-2900) assured me that even with a short window of time that the car would be picked up by a transporter by the required date. And, she was true to her word.
The auto transport that Magic Carpet contracted with was very professional. He kept in constant contact with us as to when he would be at the location to pick up the car, and just how far away he was from the location several times during the day the car was actually picked up. In addition, the transporter kept us informed as to his progress as he traveled across the country and gave us ample notification as to exactly when the car would be delivered at my home so we could be available to receive it. Yhe car arrived in exactly the same condition that it was when it was picked up in Seattle.
