Rae-Ann was very helpful in explaining the shipping process and changing the shipping pickup and delivery dates as the car seller was unavailable. Shipping a non-running car can be difficult, but she was prompt in responding to email and phone calls.

Using a shipper based in Washington state was also important to me because I know that my money is going to the local economy.
