I was arranging a shipment of a truck with Kristaan but an urgent need came up to ship my friend's car so I asked Kristaan if she could arrange a pickup in a few days. She acted promptly and found a carrier who could transport the car. The car was picked up Saturday night and arrived two days before the expected date. The truck driver Nikko was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and very careful handling the vehicles in his carrier.
