Majestics John Mendez was great, the transport company was terrible, lied, demanding and very late and uncommunicative.
They first promiced to pick my car up on the morning of 4-9, initially I was promiced 4-8. They did not pick it up until late 4-9.
John told the would deliver on 4-12 late and we said we would not accept after dark.
Transport Company, JR called later on 4-12 demanding we be here to accept at 12 PM on 4-13. I said we would not be here because of a Doctors appointment 2 hours away and JR hung up on me.
He later called back and I had gotten my Brother to make arrangements to be here at 12 to accept.
I called my Brother the next day at 12:15 and no one had called him. I tried to call JR but his secretary would not let me talk with him. I asked where my car was and she was unable to contact the driver and said she would call back within an hour. When I got home at 2 PM, after no one had called and called JR again and again his secretary woould not let me talk with him instead game me the drivers number.
I called the driver and left a message to call me, then called again about 3:30 and he assured me he would be there later or early night.
After hearing nothing I left a message that we would not take delivery after dark and to come Thursday morning. He called about 8:30 the morning of 4-15 and said he had called our cell at 9:30 the previous night and my wife told him we turned of the cell and wouldn't have accepted as we told him. He finally arrived at 10 on 4-14 after 6 days

Dave, if you separate the Carrier/Drive from my performance for this review it would be more accurate, as you mentioned Magic- John was great. I can assure you we will not be using this Carrier in the future. John
