My contact was Kathy Ashlock, and the service was excellent. Within a day of my first call, I was contacted with the exact pickup date. The driver coordinated pickup at the origin location, and contacted me when he arrived here to arrange pickup. He was actually a day early, which was great.

Their price was very reasonable for an enclosed carrier. No damage to the car at all.

Overall I was very satisfied and would certainly use Magic Carpet again.
