Michelle, I do apologize that you didnt feel you had recieved a five star service. However, i do remember at the time of placing the order that i did let you know that Maine was not a very common location. I wouldnt tell any of my customers that maine is an easy location. You were previously scheduled with a different company at that time and you were also having a problem getting the vehicle moved with them as well. Once i had spoke to you i told you that there isnt any other vehicles requesting the same location, and that sometimes price can overcome location and that is probably what the otrher company was having a problem with. So we priced the move higher than what the other company had you posted for. However, that also didnt help much due to the fact that we didnt have enough request to come out of the location to make it worth while for a driver. So then i had requested to you that maybe setting a back up plan would be a good idea. Then you had called back with another address in NH which yes, i did tell you that it was also going to be a tough area due to the fact that NH has the same problem with the low amount of request coming from there and going to or close to the destination we had been given. Our goal here at Magic is to make our customers satisfied and i feel i have been trying my hardest to accomplish that, however it was a little hard due to the location we were working with. I did try my hardest to remain in contact with you, anytime i had a message i would contact you back if i noticed no one was able to get to your call. Also i do see that you said that you needed the car picked up on March 26th, which in our file that was the first available date you had provided us with, which i also clarfiy with you that there are no gauruntees in this type of industry! The only restriction we had on the order was that it was not to be delivered before April 2nd. I also did contact the drivers dispatch to let him know the change of address and their dispatch office stated that since it was a pick up the following day he will make sure he lets the driver know to contact the customer to get the update before arriving. So i do feel that i was trying my hardest to give you good service. If you have any other questions feel free to contact us. Take Care!
