Magic Carpet Auto Transport saved the day!! In February 19th 2010 I contracted with a company named Your Choice Auto to have my son’s car transported to NY. The car was to be picked up on March 16th from Arizona and he was to fly home to NY on the 17th. Everything seemed to go smoothly except when the car was not picked up on March 16th and we could not get a hold of the agent who booked the transport for us and the rest of the agents gave us the run around. My son had to fly home not knowing the faith of his car. After 10 days of hearing every excuse under the sun and being asked to pay more for the transport I discovered a review site for car transport and called Magic Carpet Auto transport. My first contact was with Hillary, after that Kathy took over. The whole transaction went so very smoothly. They were slightly higher cost than the Your Choice Nightmare but I also had quotes that were much higher when I was shopping for transport service in February. I wish I had checked the site and called them to begin with but being the first time user of auto transport I simply didn’t know. They told me when the vehicle will be picked up and when it will be delivered and they were right on the money. I’m very pleased with the two wonderful ladies my son and I dealt with. We will use them again and will recommend them to anyone who is looking to transport a vehicle.
