This was my first time to ever use this company and I will use them again if necessary. I bought a Denali Yukon in Virginia and they were referred to me by the dealership. Magic Carpet picked up the car and trucked it all the way to my doorstep in Houston, Texas. The only thing I was a bit upset about is that I paid fully and it took about 4-5 days to actually line up a transport. I thought that was a little long. then on delivery they tried to deliver it a bit late. After we started complaining, they got me in touch with the driver and he booked it and got to us on time. It was worth it. Also, there was some concern about the floor mats still being wet from the shampoo, but Magic Carpet contacted the driver and he rolled made sure they weren't wet and were fully dried out. I gave the guy an additional tip for helping us. But speaking of that, i didn't think it was fare that the get the car picked up earlier than scheduled we had to offer more. I'll use them again, but might shop arounda nd make sure their price can't be beat.
