John was an excellent communicator throughout the entire time I worked with Magic Carpet. It began on a Sunday when we initially requested a bid and John called within a few minutes of our e-mail inquiry. He answered all of our questions and concerns.

It did take 8 days before a transporter was able to pick up the car and the cost was then increased approximately $150. I do not believe this was intentional and that John and Magic Carpet acted in good faith. I live in a rather remote area of northern Michigan which contributed to this.

After a carrier was found, John's communication remained high. He regularly kept me updated on the progress of my car. The car arrived in excellent condition and the transporter was a very compentant and conscientious person. John followed up shortly after the car arrived at my house to make sure that all had gone well.

I will definitely recommend Magic Carpet to my friends and will use them again. Thank you John for your efforts.

Brian, thank you for this review, as you'd stated; it was difficult to find a Carrier to go to Northern Michigan... but we finally found one and yes they did ask for additional fees.
