Overall Magic Carpet did a 5 star job for shipping my car from Ohio to Hawaii. The car arrived with no damage, just dirty from the open carrier. The reason I gave a 4 star is because of these reasons:

1.) I was assigned an account manager named Kathy. She is very nice and helpful in setting up the shipment. But I was unable to get a hold of herafter the car was shipped beacause the staff would say she had already left for the day, was on break, or was busy with other customers. When I left a message she never called me back. I had a lot of help and questions answered from the other staff, mostly Stephanie. (called maybe 5-8 times over 29 days)
2.) I was told that my car estimated arrival would be 20-25 days which is reasonable. But it took 29 days. I know it's not their fault for this as they can't predict how long it will take the actual transport/carrier to get from one location to another. But I thought it would be helpful for them to call to let me know it was late or at least give me a tracking number or location.

My boyfriend will be shipping his car from Ohio to Hawaii shortly and I will recommend he uses this company, as overall they do an great job! I just hope they will be able to provide good customer service and are able to provide more time to answer any questions he might have.
