Service More Than Expected

Very professionally handled from start to finish. I recommend your service to anyone! jihn kept in contact in the preparation process, while scheduling a carrier, during the shipping and the expected delivery date. I really expected the service to be much more plain vanilla, but I was surprised as to the concern the customer service agent - John Mendez - provided. The carrier contacted me prior to pick-up and we agreed on a location for the meet, and found him and his concern for my vehicle to be second to none. I avoided having my son drive this vehicle across country because of the unusual weather we have had recently. He had to drive up from Florida a few days after pick-up and would have been thoroughly exhausted if he had to drive to California. The cost was a relevant issue in my considerations, but the cost more than made up for the three thousand mile drive my son would have had to make. So in conclusion let me say that I made the correct decision in contacting your company to handle this matter. It made Mom a very happy camper if you know what I mean.
