I have never transported a veheicle before. After another company did not do what they promised I contacted Majic Carpet. Stephanie was very understanding with my frustration. She was able to explain what could be done to get my truck to me.

She was honest about the maxium length of time it could take to get the truck picked up. She stayed in phone contact with me until the truck was loaded and on it's way.

If ever I need to use a transport company I will use Majic Carpet and do hope Stephanie will be my representative.
