I have never had a car transported with a carrier service before and I felt nervous about making the right choice because of some of the horror stories I read online. I did some research and received a lot of phone calls from different carriers. I happened to find a great review for Magic Carpet, and gave them a call to see if they could offer a service that I could trust. When I called in, I spoke with Crystal and I felt immediately at ease. She took care of all my needs and answered all my questions. My car was picked up at the time it was supposed to be, by a very professional and courteous carrier. I was surprised to find out that my car was going to be delivered by the next day. I had read about carriers that transport vehicles to holding lots, increasing the chances for damage, and then have other carriers take the vehicle for the rest of the journey. I read that people couldn't keep in touch with the carrier and that they didn't know where their vehicles were. I did not find that to be the case at all with Magic Carpet, and my car stayed with the same carrier from pickup to delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend others to use Magic Carpet, and I definitely would use their service again. Thanks Crystal!!
