I've had a great experience with this company and with Kathy. I was always able to get in contact with her when I had questions and she called both before my car was picked up and after it was dropped off to make sure everything went smoothly. When the car was delivered to me it was damaged by the shipping company (AA transport), Kathy guided me through the claims process and made sure that my car came back repaired.
