                        Demetria - Sorry you didn't feel this was a good experience.  Unfortunately, we cannot control the drivers, or their route, so when they tell us they will do something i.e. call an hour away, and they don't - I have no recourse for that.  I did try to reach you several times and left several messages throughout the process.
