Their website says it all. The info was correct and very helpfull. The office people answered all of my questions and them some. The payment for the shipment was done weeks prior to the vehicle being moved, which was kind of an inconvienence, however it was done. I will use them againwhen it's time to move back to the Mainland. Thanks Karen
