Overall the service is good. The price is raised because they can not find a carrier based on the original price, and eventually they told me the carrier ask for 90 bucks more, but it is OK. So the pick-up date is one day later than the scheduled. The transportation process itself is really fast, only took five days from Atlanta to Los Angeles. The pick-up date can be different than the arranged date but I guess this is how it works, so plan early and it should be fine, if you take this factor into account in advance. But overall the process went quite smooth.
