I purchased a brand new truck for my hubby as a surprise. I needed the truck transported from Bruce Glueck Chevrolet in Jasper, Florida to my home in Miami, Florida (aprox. 450 miles). I had been given the run around for several days from several transport companies who lied about pricing and delivery dates. My fortune changed when I stumbled across Magic Carpet. From the very first call...I knew this company was fantastic. My representative's name was Kathy. She was very honest and forthcoming from the onset. I explained the urgency of my situation and she went to work!! She called me back in no time to tell me she had a driver and my hubby's surprise would be picked up the very next morning and delivered to Miami within 24 hours of pick-up. I could not believe it!!! My driver (Ben) kept me posted after pick up and delivered the truck in less than 24 hours after pick up! It must be noted... I was truly swayed in the direction of this company after reading the CEO's note to potential customers. EVERY WORD IS TRUE! They do not charge your credit card until your car is picked up! And yes, you will receive a rebate for writing a review (whether good or bad) however, your delight in this company will be the motivating factor for writing a review... not a rebate! Take my advice... stop your search and use Magic Carpet Auto Transport!
