This was my first auto transport I had ever contracted. The rep assigned to my order (Stephanie Hamilton) was knowledgeable and honest with me about transport time, even if it was not what I wanted hear, which is an aspect that I appreciate now that I have gone through this process. She took my calls during the assignment of the carrier and returned calls promptly. The price I paid was not only competitive but was accurate the first time, unlike other brokers who quoted a higher price a looked to discount with negotiation. Their choice of carrier to be assigned was great also. I will defiantly use Magic Carpet Auto Transport the next time I have to ship a vehicle.
