Have used Magic Carpet in the past and will continue to do so. Pre-scheduled pickup day was meant and driver called to confirm pickup address/time. Vehicle pickup at Port in AK was delayed due to not having client name on BOL but issue was resolved quickly by calling customer service (Crystal Warner)@ Magic Carpet. Transport to terminal in Tacoma timed by Crystal so vehicle transport wouldn't get rolled especially with fewer sailings due to holiday weekend. Overall service exceptional.
