Magic Carpet Auto Transport was very helpful and was very fast about helping out with my car shipment. This was the best experience I’ve had with a car shipping company, the price that I paid was much less than what I thought it was going to be and the car got to me a lot earlier than I thought it was going to. There were no damages made to my car, but it was a bit dirty and that was very understandable considering the weather. The truckers were very cooperative and called me before they got to the area so that I would have enough time to get my money and figure out how I was going to get there. Kristaan was very helpful and was always easy to reach and if she didn't answer her phone she always called back, and she answered all the questions I had thoroughly. She made everything a lot easier to deal with and seemed very concerned with me getting my car in time. She offered great customer service.I’d recommend this company to any friends or family. I had a very pleasant experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport and would use them again in the future.
