I chose Magic Carpet from TransportReviews based on their review ratings and the fact that they were only slightly higher in price than others with much lower ratings. What impressed me: 1) Easy to contact via phone and email. I never had any trouble with communication. 2) They contacted me by phone with every step of the process to let me know what was going on. 3) The car was picked up on the day they estimated and delivered much sooner than their estimate. 4) The driver was very easy to contact via his cell phone and very professional. The fact that I have been offered a rebate by Magic Carpet (as indicated by a question in this questionare) has nothing to do with my satisfaction or desire to report on my satisfaction.
