The customer service representatives were very, very nice. That being said, the pick-up of my car was anything but timely. Apparently, the drivers can pick up your car whenever they feel the price is right. I ended up waiting an additional week and a half before getting a call saying a driver was assigned to my car. My car got from Washington to Pennsylvania in a reasonable amount of time, however the tires were flat and the upholstery inside was dirtied with black fingerprints from where the driver had touched.

Overall, I would say the customer service was fine, but had I known this was going to be my ultimate experience, I might have considered talking to other brokers from the get-go.

Kalena, sorry about the tires being flat I have never heard of that happening. PA has been very tough to get carrier to go in and out. Sorry again Kathy~
