While the experience was something that I would not want to go through again, Kristaan was helpful and responsive to our numerous issues. We appreciate her getting involved and contacting the hauler and supporting us. Magic Carpet was referred to us by our auto dealer, Paul Christianson, who had used them on numerous occasions and has been happy with them....I agree and would refer them to others. Our quote ended up going from $1639 for two vehicles to $1750 due to hauler request...and it was up front and we agreed so was not an issue...we were traveling from Washington State to Florida during the winter months. Unfortunately, the time frame was longer than anticipated and communication could have been better, however, I do not fault Magic Carpet for this issue. Magic Carpet has put a negative on this particular hauler so I couldn't ask for a better response to our issues. Kristaan reacted quickly to our concerns and ensured that this particular hauler would not be used by Magic Carpet or their affiliates. Our hope is that any hauler that has any bad reviews should never be referred and used by Magic Carpet. While we hope that we do not have to ship cars across the US, if we do we would use Magic Carpet again.
