I found Magic Carpet to be extremely knowledgeable of their business.
While I learned year end holiday requests can take time, by suggesting I change from an enclosed to an open transport and making my offer as attractive as possible, a driver was then located within hours.
The car was ultimately delivered timely and in good condition.
My only suggestion is that MC contact their open orders on a weekly basis to discuss options, rather than the other way around.
I would certainly use them again.

Steve, thank you for the 5 star review and understand the process. There are fewer enclosed carrier which causes it to longer to locate one. Kathy
