My truck driver was very rude and disrespectful and my representative at Magic Auto transport handled the situation firmly and kindly. I appreciated all of her help and understanding. My complaints about the driver were taken seriously and then handled very efficiently. I would reccomend this company again as they value their customers. You never know what kind of driver you will get but you need a company who will be on your side and will listen.
