While the name seems over the top, it does fit the experience we had with 'Magic Carpet' auto transport. The price was very close to the lowest of 4 quotes. When I called a person answered the phone, no series of menus I tired of with the first (cheapest) company I called. She transfered me to an agent who truely made this whole process a delight. She called at each step to make sure everything was going to plan, and always had a ready answer to any question. They seem to keep tabs and ratings on the people that drive for them. The trucking company was very professional and competent. The driver friendly and accommodating. He called a day before pickup, was on time both for pickup and delivery. His equipment first class. We were very pleased on both ends of the move.
