The whole process was handled very professionally. I was nervous as I had not previously shipped a car and my son needed the car delivered during a specific three day window to avoid missing his work 30 miles away during severe winter weather. Stephanie kept me informed, seemed to understand my nervousness and she secured the transportation well under the outside amount she had told me I might have to pay. The bid was secured on the day I made contact with Stephanie, the car was picked up within two days as promised and was delivered during our window even though the weather turned severe within hours of our pickup. I was also allowed to ship some personal items to my son and they arrived all intact. She selected a transport company that was reliable and the drivers were very personable at pick-up and delivery. I see why they are a 5 star company!
