Despite having some issues coercing a carrier to brave the awful Midwestern snow storms, the van was delivered quickly & efficiently with minimal problems. Kathy was considerate, professional, and very diligent about keeping us informed on the status of the carrier. She answered every question we had accurately and we felt very comfortable leaving the situation in her capable hands. Thank you very much for all your hard work! We will definitely be utilizing your services again should we ever have a need to.
