I read many reviews here and thought Magic Carpet would be the best one to transport my Audi A4. I bought it just one year back and so wanted a very safe carrier. I did not know anything about these transport carrier before and when I searched online and read many reviews on other carriers, customers where mentioning about damage to car, very late schedule/pickup, not answering phone calls and all kinds of bad experience. I really got scared, but after knowing about Magic Carpet, I felt this is the one. So, I called them and Nicole was assigned to me as my primary contact in it. She was very very good in letting me the whole process, spoke with me very pleasantly. It was fun speaking with her. She called (and emailed) me whenever there is an update about carrier and pickup. Within 2 days (on Thursday) after calling her she let me know that a carrier is available and let me know that my car can be picked up on Monday. That was fast. Even though my car was picked up a day late and delivered one more day late, the delay is really understandable and negligible. When my car is about to deliver in a day some other person (not Nicole) contacted me and let me know that. And finally my I got my car (since it was open transport, it became very very dirty, but hey it is open top transport so it will be) and I am happy that it is safe and on time (not months late which others do). Thank you Magic Carpet.
