I needed to transport my SUV from Florida to Virginia. As soon as I requested a quote on line, I received 3 calls from different companies. First person I spoke to was Kristaan Kane from Magic Carpet Auto Transport. She was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The other 2 companies, they left me a voice mail. When I called them back, it took them few days to call me back and I was not pleased with their service. After few days of deciding which company to go with, kristaan from Magic Carpet was the ONLY person to give me a call to follow up. I decided right then that I would go with Magic Carpet. Kristaan called me several times to let me know what the status was. From the moment I told Kristaan that I would like to use Magic Carpet, she called me every step of the process. Who the driver is, his phone #, when and what time he would pick up the car, when it would be delivered and ect..I was very pleased with the service I received. I will definitely use Magic Carpet Auto Transport again and recommend to anyone who needs to transport their car.
