I sent my car from CA to NJ during the snow blizzard around Christmas. Stephanie was my contact person and she did a great job. The day after my first call, Stephanie called me to schedule the pickup on Saturday when I was available. The driver was very careful in loading my car. The delivery was only one day late because of the snow blizzard in the mid-west and east coast. The car was delivered without any damage. Stephanie maintained contacts with me after the pickup to ensure that went smoothly. I am very pleased with my experience with Magic Carpet.
