Several weeks prior to my move I contacted Magic Carpet who quickly assigned the job to a trucking company. Close to the agreed pick up date I was contacted by the trucking company and told that they would not be picking up the car on the agreed upon date (near a major holiday) but several days later. Not acceptable. I contacted Stephanie who, after what I suspect was quite a bit of work, found another trucking company. The rest of the process went smoothly. The car was picked up by a very pleasant father/son pair of drivers and arrived in Los Angeles exactly as promised. I'd never shipped a car before but will do so again with this auto transporter. Great customer service.
