I can understand that my order was dispatched late because of thanksgiving holidays. But the thing is that I was not informed with this matter until I made few phone calls. Which means my car was on hold for several days. However, my car was picked up and delivered as I told. Besides, it was in good condition when I got it. The carrier did a great job. Compared to my past experience with other shipping company, I still recommend it to anyone who wants to ship his car.
