I called a number of transportation companies to have my father's mini van shipped from Michigan to Florida. I had a difficult time because we are located at the northern most point in Michigan (about 10 hours north of Detroit) and no one wanted to come all the way here, or when they gave me a quote, a couple days later, they called to increase it significantly, or cancel the pick-up all together.

That was until I called Magic Carpet Transport and spoke to Kathy. She was very professional and very nice at the same time. There was just something about her that made me instantly trust her. She put me at ease and gave me confidence that she would take care of me.

And...she did! Even though this transport job was a tough one, because I live so far north, she found someone to take the job within a few days. It was all done within a week. NO ONE, and I talked to may other companies, could provide that service.

Kathy rocks! I will use Magic Carpet Transport again and am happy to tell anyone about the great service I received from Kathy.
