This is my first time to ship my car. Overall, the experience is very useful. I contacted Brandon, a guy serves for contacting customers. He is very talktive and a nice person. My car was picked up in one week and also shipped in one week, without any damadge. Although there was some misunderstand and comunication issue (I am a non-English speaker) during processing, overall the experience is satisfied.
