Stephanie was the first person I talked to and she made me very comfortable about placing my order with Magic Carpet. She became very ill and was out of the office for several days, the other ladies in the office took over and the move was handled flawlessly. Magic Carpet quoted me a December 5th or 6th pick up and a Dec 9th delivery. The car was picked up on Saturday December 5th at 8:00AM and delivered on Monday December 7th at 2:30 PM. The driver called me several time during the trip and even gave me his cell number. Magic carpet sent Emails during the move so I had more than enough information. The car did arrive dirty on the outside but it was because of nasty snowstorm the driver had to drive through and it was 10 degrees in Boulder when he delivered it. I would recommend Magic Carpet to anyone wanting a safe move of their car.
