I would truly like to post my review due to the fact that I had a company contact me regarding my transportation needs with low pricing and "$500.00 free" gas coupons (which you had to purchase your gas first, mail them the receipts and they would send your gift cards monthly in the amount of $25.00 until you recieved your alloted voucher value of $500.00). Which would be more work than transporting the vehicle. In any event I sheduled with the previous company approximately 15 days prior to my needing my vehicle picked up. Guess what.....they took my deposit and didn't show up. I had to leave the state and leave my vehicle there! I called the company and was told they could not obtain a driver and thats all they could do, no apologies, no care, no concern. Needless to say after I gave an additional 5 days for them to get their act together they still could not produce.

I contacted Magic Auto Transport. WHAT A DIFFERENCE.....I explained my situation to Crystal who was sympathetic to my dilema and took all of my information, she even tried to contact the previous broker to get my auto released from the National Board and she could not reach them, THEN THE NATIONAL BOARD TRIED AND THEY COULD NOT REACH AROUND THE GLOAB AUTO TRANSPORTERS. She then contacted the national board directly and explained my situation to them and they contacted me and obtained a release for my vehicle so that Magic could pick it up. (NOW THAT IS ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE) Once a release was obtained Crystal made an oder to pick my vehicle up within 72 hours and assured me I would have it in time to start my new job. To make everything even better Magic did not take a deposit until AFTER my vehicle was picked up. I work in the Customer Service Industry and if any of Magic's employees are in the NY area and need a job they just need to contact me. Their service speaks for itself. Everything was handled truley like MAGIC. Thanks to the entire team and I will recommend you to everyone I come in contact with that needs vehicle transportation service. Not only was your service 5 Star but you stepped in and cleaned up a mess someone else had made and righted a wrong for me. I'm truly thankful.

Now the other company I was dealing with has a phone number that is no longer working and never took another call from me once my vehicled was pulled from them and have yet to refund my money they took for a service they did not provide. EVERY PLEASE RUN FOR YOUR LIFE FROM AROUND THE GLOBE TRANSPORTATORS IN SOUTH FLORIDA. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS.
