I first spoke with Nicole on October 10, 2009. On that day, Nicole was very helpful. She was cordial when we first spoke and seemed to welcome my call. Since I did not know where to start or even if I had the correct company to do what was needed, Nicole promptly set my mind at ease. She assured me that I had come to the right place and that she would be able to take care of what I needed done. I had a lot of questions regarding the process of having a car transported; how the whole process is accomplished, the reliability of the drivers, who contacts the drivers, the process for meeting the driver and the remote location, and so on. Nicole was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Those issues that she was not sure of, she assured me that she would look into and get back to me as soon as possible.
Upon my second interaction with her, Nicole was once again very cordial and polite. This time I contacted her to find out the name and the phone number of the driver, so that the person at the remote location in Texas could reach the driver if needed. Again, Nicole was very helpful.
My third interaction with Nicole was to inform her of the driver’s failure to appear on the date and time as promised. Nicole apologized for the inconvenience and provided me with the new driver’s phone number. In addition, she explained what had happened that resulted in the first driver’s failure to arrive at the designated location as promised.
My overall experience with Nicole was a pleasant one. She provided excellent Customer Service; demonstrating appreciation for my business, listening to all of my issues and showing empathy for my particular predicament. She apologized for the mishaps and promptly rectified the situation. Finally, Nicole thanked me for being patient and allowing her help bring the whole transaction to closure. I was very pleased with the way Nicole handled my combination of circumstances, and, as a result of those interactions with her, I would recommend your company to anyone needing a vehicle transported. Thank you.
