My first impression was the company was very direct and easy to work with. From the moment I called to when the vehicle was delivered, the process was handled smoothly. They do a great job locating a legitimate carrier to transport my car. The transporter was 2 days late and did not give adequate notice to me. The reason is he was stuck in a snow storm in Wyoming for 3 days and had to make up lost time for all his clients. So there was really not much he could do and I do understand the dilemma. He did make an effort to quickly find a new pickup time. The one thing that really impressed me was the car was still delivered at the estimated drop-off time even though he picked it up 2 days late.

There were no dents or scratches during the transport.

I would definitely go with Magic Carpet again for future vehicle transportation. They maintain an open line of communication between the office and the auto carrier at all times.
