My favorite part about the service was the early arrival in Idaho - and their ability to deal with the adversity of the truck breaking down. When the truck broke down I thought it would not arrive on time. But the driver got in touch with Magic Carpet and they had it picked up the next evening.

After my initial experience I spoke with Kathy and she was very nice. She instructed me on how to recieve my rebate and walked through step by step.

When the car arrived I was so excited, it was nice to have a secure transport that I could trust.
