I contacted MANY companies in my search for an auto carrier. . .

Magic Carpet was not the cheapest but Nicole was honest with me from the start and told me that my pick up location was "out of the way" and in their experience the added fee would entice a driver to take the job. She was right. Other companies had told me the same thing and their rates were a bit lower but I had no confidence in their ability to come through. Nicole inspired that confidence by not lying or exaggerating or making it seem like a snap.

She found a carrier well within my required timeframe and the driver contacted us right away to review our schedules and coordinate a successful process on both ends!

I could not be more pleased with the service I received - from start to finish. The quoting process was honest and understandable and I was treated with respect every time I called no matter how "dumb" my question. I was kept updated as to the progress of the search and as I already stated, the carrier was then just as attentive to my needs.

An A+ experience in all regards!
