Overall, I was very happy with the service. They were prompt and cost effective. The driver was polite and kept me aware of his progress. He delivered the car when expected, and I saw no signs of damage at all. It is a bit problematic having to drop off the car somewhere that a big 18 wheeler can receive it, and then on the other end same issue. But, this isn't the fault of the service or the driver, just a fact of life regarding shipping a car on an open car carrier.
