Overall the process went very smoothly and Nicole was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. There was a slight mixup at first when the day before the scheduled pickup I got a call and was told an open carrier was scheduled but I had ordered an enclosed carrier. Frustrating, but they quickly found me an enclosed truck and I was very happy with the driver and his professionalism. All in all I wouild do business with them again.
