Magic Carpet lives up to it's name. They were the first to provide an Internet quote. Nicole answered a long list of questions clearly and efficiently and then did not bug me when it tok awhile to figure out travel plans. The most amazing thing was that two hours after requesting transport the car was picked up with no hassles, no problems. It was delivered as promised by Rick who was careful and courteous. Overall I was very impressed with the quality of service from the first contact to the last contact. This company definitely understands the meaning of customer service.
