Crystal Warner at Magic Auto Car Transport was great when arranging/scheduling our transport. However, the actual carrier of the transport (Pioneer Auto Express) was delayed in delivering my car, and they did not contact me regarding the delay. Overall, my experience was favorable, but I wish that the delay would have been communicated earlier.
