                        In my own defense, I have all but talk to you 3 times we all help out with each others customers.  I had to be the one the called you with the bad news that the driver was stuck in a snow storm.  I don’t feel that I was being rude or disrespectful, just the person that called to give you the bad news.  I’m sorry things didn’t work out.
